The festival is held by the Tbilisi section of the International Dance Council CID at UNESCO and the Caucasian region of WAPA International Association of Precast Arts devoted to peace, friendship and love.

Batumi is located on the Black Sea coast. The climate is subtropical, the summer is hot. Season of sea bathing - from May to October. Batumi is known for its one of the longest streets of the Black Sea coast, along which hotels of various levels of service and beaches are located. The city is full of cultural events, various festivals of music and art.
Starting from 2016, participants in Batumi Art wing will be doubled every year. In 2016 there were 26 participants, in 2017 52, and in 2018 there reached 215.
