Welcome to Mtskheta and Tbilisi
The International Art Festival is held by the Tbilisi Section of the International Dance Council of UNESCO, the International Association for Applied Arts of the Caucasus region, in celebration of the celebration of the holy city of Mtskheta and the day of the city of Tbilisi.
The festival is supported by: the Municipality and the City Council of Mtskheta and Tbilisi, the UNESCO International Dance Council, the International Association for Applied Arts WAPA.
